At the Billings Area Family Violence Task Force, we are a dedicated community of concerned citizens and professionals. Our mission is clear and resolute: to work collaboratively, coordinating community resources, and providing education to service providers and the public. We are committed to one shared purpose – reducing family violence in Billings and the surrounding communities.

Who We Serve

The Billings Area Family Violence Task Force is unwavering in its dedication to serving those in need. Our reach extends to any individual who has resided in or formerly resided in a home where family violence has left its mark. This includes spouses, former spouses, children, and anyone bound by blood, law, or an intimate relationship. Our commitment knows no bounds, encompassing people of all ages, from infants to the elderly.

Our Purpose

As a dynamic force within the community, the Billings Area Family Violence Task Force serves as a catalyst for change. Our purpose is twofold: to educate and to coordinate. We are a hub for community education, ensuring that vital information reaches those who need it most. Additionally, we work diligently to coordinate with existing programs, bolstering the support available to victims of family violence and actively working to reduce its occurrence.
